Multiple activities dedicated especially to English in our First English Week
The English Department has prepared multiple activities for this week, the first dedicated especially to this language:
«The focus has been on creating activities that promote the use of this language in other areas such as theater, science, history, music, etc.»
The students of 3rd and 4th grade participated in a Poetry Contest with other SEDUC schools, developing their linguistic skills and other abilities much needed in nowadays world.
Francisca Kelly, author of several books in this language visited us and performed a very nice story-telling . Also, the youngest of the School will have the opportunity to listen to short stories retold by high school students.
As for the theatrical work, our 3rd graders will be able to show their work to their companions. Last but not least our students from 12th grade will delight us with their performances before they leave our school and graduate.
We hope that everyone will enjoy this experience and will help them improve their English.
